Duties: Manage office and support needs of the Biddle Law Library staff including administrative support to the Director; input weekly hours and complete all payroll transactions for non-exempt staff, including work-study students; serve as IT liaison to establish IT privileges for new staff; edit and prepare for publication electronically or in print library documents and reports including faculty bibliography, newsletters, announcements on new publications, and statistical reports; manage the law school student journals subscriptions; maintain author agreements, contracts; edit and update style and resource guides; update and maintain the library's web pages and lead the library's social media presence; report and monitor library maintenance needs and repairs; order and maintain offices supplies; manage library meetings and events, including scheduling, room reservations, notices and announcements, and catering
Qualifications: College degree (B.A. or B.S.) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of administrative experience or equivalent; proficiency with computers, word processing, and Excel; excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work independently and to prioritize work; attention to detail and ability to handle confidential materials; knowledge of BEN and payroll systems desired.
