BUSINESS MANAGER II
Job Summary *This position is only available to current UGA employees* This is a high level financial position with fiscal and human resources responsibility for an entire department, Foods and Nutrition (FDNS), which is housed in multiple buildings on campus. This position has dual reporting to both the Department Head and Administrative Financial Director. This person will be responsible for all aspects of fiscal duties for the department including foundation, state, sales and service, grants, e-rate tuition, B budget and all other accounts. Fiscal duties include reporting, reconciling, processing payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments, budget management, budget development, etc. following all applicable policies and procedures. These important tasks must be completed timely and with accuracy. This position will also supervise, mentor and manage two financial staff for two large grants within the department. Minimum Qualifications Completion of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related discipline with seven years of related experience required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
