Reporting to the Assistant Director, Alumni Events, the Administrative Coordinator will be provide a high level of organizational and operational support to the Alumni Relations team, with an emphasis on delivering an exemplary customer service experience for all constituents. In addition, the Coordinator will support the Temple University Alumni Association (TUAA) Board of Directors and its committees. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least two years of directly related experience within Institutional Advancement; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills & Abilities: *Excellent written and verbal communications skills. *Proficient in MS Office suite and fundraising databases. *Ability to establish and maintain operational systems and procedures, and ensure adherence to same. *Ability to perform special projects with minimal supervision. *Promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. *Excellent organization skills and the ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously. *Results-oriented, facts-driven, with high energy and drive, a positive attitude, and excellent listening skills. *Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of constituencies.
