Job Summary This position is part of a front-office staff of a mental health clinic (operating similar to a medical office) and is primarily responsible for facilitating the academic and clinical instructional mission of faculty and supports professional activities of graduate students training as therapists. This position is responsible for monitoring clinic compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the policies and procedures outlined in the UGA Psychology Clinic Staff Manual. This position inputs client data and clinic documents into Titanium, the electronic medical record (EMR) system for the clinic. This position provides coverage as needed when another staff member is absent. This position provides ongoing client status and accounting information to the Clinic Director. This position supervises staff members, assists with hiring and provides direct supervision of job responsibilities, coordinates work schedules and approves timecards. This position provides input for supervised staff members' yearly evaluations. This position is responsible for paying invoices, purchasing new training aids, supplies and equipment for the clinic. It is also responsible for reconciling the status statements with the clinic accounts. This position uses WebDFS to prepare employee personnel reports on hourly clinical employees, enters and approves hours in electronic timecard system. This position balances the summer hourly payroll budget for the clinic. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
