Unit Job Summary: Reporting to the Assistant Director, External Engagement, the KYC Program Coordinator (Administration) manages day-to-day operations of the Know Your Chicago program. Serve as primary contact on administrative issues. This role will have primary responsibility for KYC Season registration, Tour planning logistics, updating website, collection of data to recommend and evaluate programs, and catering and facilities. Unit job summary: - Registration coordination for all 2017 Season registrations - Oversee Tour logistics and scheduling, including catering, audio visual, valet services, guest speakers, etc. - Coordinate programming and registration with an eye towards stewardship and budget considerations - Communicate with tour participants; help them as they navigate the website and print materials. - Program Evaluation and Administrative Duties: - Gather and analyze data concerning programs, courses, and tour performance and write reports based upon the findings of the data before the beginning of the following yearly cycle to guide decisions - Organize mailing list and institute new strategies towards organizing and maintaining our data - Conduct market research on the internet and maintain summaries of competing and potential programs - Prepare written recommendations based upon information gathered - Ensure the school has the most up-to-date information for Tour partners and locations - Make recommendations for improvements and change. This position is part-time temporary with possibility of extension. Unit Education: -Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline required

Unit Experience: Minimum of two years relevant experience with experience in an academic environment committed to the highest level of academic standards of integrity and quality required.
