Degree and Area of Specialization:
MD; Board Certified or Eligible in Ophthalmology
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Residency training in U.S. Ophthalmology Accredited Program. Candidates for associate professor (CHS) or full professor (CHS) rank must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on the CHS track.
New resident graduate or fellow appropriate to apply.
Candidates for Associate Professor (CHS) and Professor (CHS) rank must meet criteria for appointment at rank per SMPH guidelines for appointment and promotion on the CHS track.
License or certificate:
Wisconsin medical license
This position will primarily provide clinical and surgical comprehensive ophthalmology care at UW Health Clinics. This position will also serve as the Co-Director of clinical and surgical care of patients at the UW Security Clinic.
