Department of Psychology, College of Arts & Sciences, has an open Research Support Coordinator position working in Dr. Greenfield's School Readiness Lab - Early Science Initiative Project. The Early Science Initiative, a three-year acceleration grant funded by the Buffett Early Childhood Fund, focuses on increasing science teaching and learning in early childhood classrooms. The Research Support Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating professional development with the project team, overseeing data collection and data management across multiple sites, maintaining communication between the UM team and project partners, and documenting team and project meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Communications or related field required. One year of relevant experience required.
• Experience working in a community-based research team, and/or working in early childhood community preferred.
• Experience obtained in an educational/research/training environment will be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Qualtrics, and File Maker Pro preferred.
