ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, Questrom School of Business, Undergraduate Programs (4718/F2217)
Support the delivery of student services to current Questrom School of Business undergraduate students, other BU students taking Questrom courses, prospective students, and Questrom faculty and staff. Perform academic advising, related administrative duties, and event coordination. Serve as the primary advisor and information source for external transfer students, managing academic advising process for students as they enter the Questrom School of Business. In addition, manage academic conduct process for all Questrom cases of academic dishonesty, working with Assistant Dean and faculty chair of the Academic Conduct Committee. Provide assistance to Events, Marketing, and Communication Administrator on delivery of Commencement activities.
B.A./B.S., Masters degree preferred, strong oral and written communication skills, highly organized and the ability to multi-task and three to five years of experience in counseling, student services or higher education administration. Prior event planning experience preferred. Some evening and occasional weekend work required. MUST INCLUDE COVER LETTER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
