Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Office of Student Services, particularly overseeing the processing of student questions and inquiries over the phone, via email and the front desk. This position also oversees a large student staff. Coordinate with the Assistant Director of Student Services, Director of Student Services, Academic Counselors and the Assistant Dean to ensure the smooth operation of Student Services. Process student information related to: records, registration, graduation, orientation, open houses, admission, curriculum and academic status.


B.A./B.S., Master's Degree preferred, strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and one to three years of related experience.
