The Department of Nursing within the School of Nursing, Health, and Exercise Science at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) invites applications for adjunct temporary Clinical Faculty positions on a semester by semester basis beginning August 25, 2017 (fall term) and/or January 22, 2018 (spring term).
The ideal candidate will have clinical and teaching experience, preferably in pediatrics, maternity or adult health. Applicants must be committed to engaging students in clinical and laboratory simulation experiences related to patient and family centered care. Applicants must be willing to work in the evening at times, and willing to attend adjunct faculty orientation and end of semester evaluation meetings with students and course leaders.
Applicants must have at minimum a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, and have demonstrated excellence in education teaching and/or clinical practice.
