Job Description Summary

Job Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivers an integrated portfolio of program instruction that helps participants apply new knowledge to their business needs.



Required Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum of three years of experience in business consulting, management or operating a small business

Experience in curriculum development and program design

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of a diverse population



Preferred Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated experience in teaching/training groups of adult learners



Work Schedule

Standard college hours are 8:30 am to 5pm, hours may vary based on business unit needs.
