A Full Time 100% NIH-funded Postdoctoral Associate position is available in molecular biology in the Divisions of Cardiology, Department of Medicine, University of Colorado at Denver, Colorado. The laboratory studies gene regulatory systems in cardiovascular disease.This position will focus on gene expression analysis in primary cells, human tissue and mouse models of cardiomyopathy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic biochemical or molecular biology
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry, or have investigated a closely related field for their Ph.D. research project.
- Candidate is required to be a US citizen or permanent US resident
- Minority by NIH standards
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with skills and experience.
