Job Summary The Administrative Specialist II position will be the first point of contact for all visitors. This position must have thorough knowledge of the University of Georgia organizational structure as well as UGA policies and procedures in order to direct contacts to the appropriate person as well as answer questions from campus. The Administrative Specialist must also have knowledge of UGA Accounting and Budgeting functions as this office is the approver for the Senior VP for Academic Affairs on many financial and administrative requests. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related management experience; OR six (6) years related management experience; OR equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
