ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, School of Public Health, Health Policy & Mgmt (8865/F2117)
Provide administrative support to the Department Chair and Administrator in the Department of Health Law, Policy and Management. Responsible for event planning, calendar support and scheduling for Department Chair. Update space inventories and department directories. Responsible for technical troubleshooting of all office equipment. The successful candidate will need to be well organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize duties, multi task effectively, and to stay organized. Excellent administrative, communication, written and computer skills. Special projects as assigned by Department Administrator.
- 3-5 years of experience and Bachelors Degree required.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, familiarity with SAP a plus.
