Anticipated Hiring Range:

General Summary of Position:
This position will oversee our Group Swim Lesson Program that meets for 8 Saturdays in the fall and 8 Saturdays in the spring. They will be responsible for overseeing our lifeguards and swim instructors, training of the staff and dealing with parents and children in program.

This is a temporary, part-time, non-benefited, non-unit position.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
-High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (or higher)
-Current lifeguard certification which includes CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Lifeguarding First Aid
-Flexible availability on weekends and high level of responsibility
-Ability to work with diverse groups and populations
-Knowledge about proper swim & stroke techniques
-A job offer for this position is contingent upon a satisfactory response to a Criminal Offender Record Information (iCORI)/background check and review

Other Considerations:
-Competitive swim experience or teaching swim lessons
preferred
-Additional administrative work necessary outside of Saturday lessons
