Job description

Duties: We are seeking a highly-motivated candidate for a full-time Research Specialist D position. The research project focuses on the study of how cancer therapies can utilize immune signaling pathways and how this can be exploited to improve both conventional and immunotherapies. For this position, we seek a candidate with proven success and expertise in genomic techniques (preferably with experience with single-cell methods), computational biology and/or machine learning, and general skills in molecular and cellular biology. Besides computational and laboratory research, managing some general lab duties will also be expected.

Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications: Master's degree or more and 3 to 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PhD degree and 2+ years of post-doctoral experience is preferred. Strong skills in genomics and computational biology is required with experience in single-cell methods preferred. A solid background in cell and molecular biology is preferred as well.
