The Department of Pathology at the University of Colorado, Denver is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor full-time faculty position in the clinical subspecialty areas of surgical pathology,

Pathologist with AP/CP Residency and ABP Certification, subspecialty fellowship training in gynecological, breast and general surgical pathology. Willingness to do autopsy pathology.

Applicants must have expertise in general surgical pathology, subspecialty pathology in gynecologic pathology, breast pathology, surgical and autopsy pathology with residency and fellowship training, board certification.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Expertise in general surgical pathology, subspecialty pathology in gynecologic pathology, breast pathology, surgical and autopsy pathology with residency and fellowship training, board certification

Minimum Requirements

MD Degree, Residency and Board certification in anatomic and clinical pathology by the American Board of Pathology, Fellowship training in anatomic pathology. Must seek unrestricted medical license in the State of Colorado



Preferred Qualifications

Subspecialty interests in breast and gyn pathology, experience in autopsy pathology. Documented experience and honors in teaching residents, fellows and students

Documented expertise in pathology (top RISE scores, passed American Board of Pathology Examinations first try)
