Specific Duties and Responsibilities: The candidate will be expected to design and perform experiments, tabulate and record experimental data, and analyze and interpret experimental results. The candidate will be expected to present experimental findings at national meetings and write manuscripts for publication. The candidate will also be expected to provide technical guidance and expertise to facilitate the experimental output of junior researchers in the laboratories, including pre-doctoral fellows and research residents.
Required Education/Experience/Skills (Minimum Qualifications):
The successful candidate should have a terminal degree (PhD or MD) in molecular biology, cell biology, or a closely related field. The candidate should have experience with cell culture and a wide variety of molecular and cellular biology techniques.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with investigation of signal transduction.
