In this position you will play a key role in building and managing a pipeline of new degree programs for Chamberlain University, which is an important driver of corporate growth. You will also play a key role in supporting investment decisions and performance improvement efforts of Chamberlain, working directly with senior leaders across the organization. In addition, you will manage smaller projects relating to strategies for growth, business performance, occupational trends, new ventures, and competitor activities.

In this role you will:

  • Analyze past and future trends, project future demand, and lead the development of recommendations for new programs, engaging senior leadership and other influencers as needed
  • Identify and support the prioritization of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities for strategic and financial value
  • Serve as a leading source of industry information and competitor intelligence
  • Identify need for outside consultants; facilitate selection process and serve as internal project lead, if needed
  • Develop work plans and lead the execution of internal projects related to strategic initiatives or new programs
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-institution project teams to solve business problems, research or develop new programs, and implement strategic initiatives

  • Master's of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 4 - 6 years of consulting/strategic planning experience
  • Previous higher education or healthcare experience (desirable)
  • Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills combined with outstanding project management abilities
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and secondary research skills
  • Ability to synthesize and clearly articulate information to senior executives
