NYU's Stern School of Business prepares students to become socially responsible global leaders and thinkers both in and out of the classroom. Our Social Impact curriculum has been recognized as a model for undergraduate business education. To support these efforts, Stern has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Social Impact Programming. The selected candidate will oversee the undergraduate Social Impact Program, including curricular and co-curricular offerings that span across the students' four-year experience. S/he will manage practical learning experiences for students in existing organizations and establish relationships with external organizations to develop site placement for student teams to work on real projects for the Experiential Learning Lab courses. S/he will also oversee the operations of four core Social Impact courses, schedule prominent guest speakers for the courses, assist faculty with syllabus design and content, and supervise Teaching Fellows. The Associate Director will also manage the undergraduate application process for the Catherine B. Reynolds Foundation Program in Social Entrepreneurship.

The selected candidate will have a bachelor degree and 4 years of professional experience in managing programs, projects, working with faculty or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing, and organizational skills are essential along with a proven ability to cultivate relationships and manage projects. Experience with spreadsheets and database management software is also required.
