Job Title Office Assistant

Job Description

The Office Assistant will perform administrative duties, provide customer service, and AV/technology setup for continuing education programs at the FGCU Naples Center.



Required Qualifications

High School Diploma. Experience providing administrative support and customer service.



Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree

Salary Range $13 per hour

Job Duties

Essential Job Duties

Coordinates continuing education programs to include but not limited to: catalog preparation and proofing, student registration, collecting payments, evaluations, opening and closing the center, and scheduling and setting up room reservations.

Provides general administrative support to the FGCU Naples Center.

Prepares reports, business letters, and general correspondence.

Maintains program calendars and monitors registrations for offerings.

Coordinates and/or assists with departmental marketing and catalog distribution.

Establishes and maintains both paper and computer-based files.

Interacts with off-site learning centers and coordinates programs.
