Duties: This position supports the Director of Learning & Education/Communications in executing HR marketing/communication strategy. The primary function of the role is to lead and implement assigned HR Communications and Learning & Education initiatives. These can include recruitment, benefits, retirement, quality of work life, and ongoing HR communications initiatives as well as development and communication of learning programs. Some projects may require the incumbent to work as an individual contributor while others, including subject matter experts, managers, and senior leaders.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years to 7 years of internal communications experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
