This position provides key support for the Fraternity and Sorority Life Office and backup support for Dean of Students Office. A major portion of the responsibilities include managing a new Greek Membership Fee and managing a membership database. Other responsibilities include office management; program assistance; managing office coverage for answering phone calls and walk-in traffic; maintaining office files; arranging trainings, meetings, facilities, and notifying participants; verifying student information in SAP (grades, class schedules, directory information); and coordinating the electronic records database.

Access Database, MS Word, SAP Campus Management,Payroll Training, Outlook, Advocacy Database Software, and Excel.

Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience in database management, student service, administrative, accounting. office and/or clerical.
