St. Norbert College a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Instructional Designer to join its Academic Technology Team.  This position is responsible for providing leadership and mentoring in the implementation and integration of current and emerging theories in support of teaching, learning, networking, and research. S/he will help “move the needle” by cultivating relationships and supporting faculty with developing digital projects including those on emerging open and critical pedagogy praxis.

Publishing regularly on a number of platforms, s/he will increase the visibility of St Norbert College’s Full Spectrum Pedagogy model as well as numerous other exciting projects on campus.

They will support faculty in developing digital projects across the Full Spectrum Pedagogy with a focus on online, blended and flipped classroom teaching and will provide training, documentation, and support of instructional design technology, as well as maintain and manage a variety of digital tools and resources for faculty and student use.
