Job Description

We currently have an opening in our Canton, Massachusetts Headquarters for a Customer Center Demonstrator.

The role of the Reiser Customer Center Demonstrator is that of a Sales partner in the client relationship, providing equipment and product solutions for all Customer needs. They will be a support liaison between our Customer and Sales, Service, Engineering, and Development departments. They will assist in the Customer Experience by being a resource to visiting clients throughout the business relationship.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Reiser in a professional way via appearance, knowledge and attitude
  • Demonstrate the full range / extended usage of Reiser equipment
  • Educate the Customer in equipment operation / troubleshooting / capabilities
  • Product / Culinary Resource for feedback and continuous improvement
  • Operate in a food manufacturing plant setting with appropriate protocols

Customer Center Protocols:
  • Demonstration of multiple lines of heavy equipment / attachments
  • Daily equipment and safety checks
  • Daily cleaning regimen
  • Proper product receiving / handling
  • Equipment preparation / breakdown / sanitation
  • Packaging / Shipping of Samples

Reporting:
  • Creation of daily report data - including photo / video / equipment settings
  • Provide rigid documentation for Clients to replicate Demonstration success
  • Participation in meetings / conference calls with Sales / Customers

Training:
  • Assist with seminars / conferences / events to further Customer knowledge
  • Skills upkeep via continuous education - classes / travel / seminars

Sales:
  • High Customer interaction level to assist in current/future equipment sales
  • Technical / Culinary resource for Sales Team to help maintain Client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Attention to detail with reporting / record keeping / data entry
  • Flexibility with time management / client needs / scheduling
  • Proficiency with technical data: software / manuals / applications
  • Customer-facing experience - comfort with professional interactions

Additional aspects (not required but helpful):
  • Experience in the Meat / Sausage / Bakery Industries
  • Customer interfacing in an R&D / Plant type setting
  • Food-related equipment setup / demonstration
  • Electro-mechanical aptitude
