Job Description

Canter Companies, one of La Jolla's fastest growing Real Estate Brokerages, is seeking a marketing an administartive assistant for a new location.

Must be proficient in:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficient in WordPress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

Job duties include:
- Opens and closes office
- Answers phone and takes messages
- Picks up and delivers mail
- Onboards new agents
- Collects client info for Sales Force (including new address, email, phone)
- Gives new agent orientation to office
- Works with onsite vendors when there are issues
- Orders supplies
- Keeps office clean
- Updates roster
- Mails out Thank You cards
- Sends out client satisfaction survey weekly
- Takes notes at staff meeting
- Works with printer to order new agent business cards
- Works with agents to create advertisement and marketing needs from templates
- Update and maintain IDX Broker agent profiles
