Applicants should hold a PhD degree from an AACSB accredited business school. ABDs who are assured of completion by August 1, 2018, may be considered.
One opening will be filled in the Human Resources area and successful applicants should focus on diversity in organizations and/or international HR. The second opening will be filled in an area of Management other than Human Resources, and is likely to require an international focus. For both openings, related teaching experience and evidence of successful high-quality refereed journal scholarship are preferred. The ability to tie one's teaching and research to key elements of our mission (problem solving, innovation, globalization, sustainability, and ethics) and an interest in working with student consulting projects will be considered positively.
