Job Title Help Desk Associate (Part-time)

Job Description

BTS supports all faculty, staff and students as it relates to desktop computing, applications, telecommunications, network, and any business technical need. Business Technology Services Helpdesk provides leadership and instills confidence through exceptional technology and assistance to our customers.

The Help desk Associate will perform basic duties, provide customer service, and support for the Business Technology Services Help desk.



Required Qualifications

High School Diploma. Experience providing excellent customer service.



Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Supporting computers



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Salary Range $9.00 - $10.00 per hour

Job Duties

Essential Job Duties

With direct supervision assist the operations of the Business Technology Services Help desk by flowing documented tasks and procedures to support the technology needs for the FGCU faculty staff and students. Document work in progress to ensure effective communication with the Help desk team members.



Other Duties

Pick up and drop off of equipment across campus.
