Duties: Design, construction, testing, and installation of new instrumentation for particle physics experiments, as well as maintenance, refurbishment, and debugging of existing instrumentation.

Duties Include:
*Using the PennDAQ software tools, perform ECAL and Final Tests on SNO+ Front End Cards and Daughterboards.
*Solder integrated circuits, connectors, resistors, and capacitors onto Penn Trigger Boards/Central Trigger Boards
*Using oscillscope and SNO+ Electronics Test Stand, measure signals that could be responsible for failures of PennDAQ ECAL and Final Tests. =
*Remove integrated circuits, resistors, and capacitors on SNO+ Front End Cards and Daughterboards that are not working, and re-solder new parts.
*Test Penn Trigger Boards/Central Trigger Boards using external pulsers to determine that all signals are working.
*Repair non-working parts on Penn Trigger Board/Central Trigger Board, including soldering new integrated circuits, connectors, resistors and capacitors.
*Using Vivado development kit, write firmware components for ZYNQ 7020 FPGA to generate logical trigger signals from inputs to Penn Trigger Board/Central Trigger Board.
*Install Penn Trigger Board/Central Trigger Board into ProtoDUNE and SBND experiments at CERN and FNAL Laboratories.
*Construct casing for Penn Trigger Board/Central Trigger Board (three copies minimum) using ProtoCase Designer.
