Job Summary The EITS Help Desk provides Tier 1 support to University of Georgia Faculty, Staff, and Students on a variety of EITS products. These products include UGAMail, MyID, eLC, UGA, and several other applications. This position will be a public facing support personnel. This will include client engagement through phones, chats, tickets and walk-ins. Minimum Qualifications See IT Security Training Matrix
