Assistant Director Student Success and Training
Job Summary The Assistant Director of Student Success and Training will develop and implement an integrated, public health effort to prevent and reduce substance abuse triggered as a coping mechanism by stress, social anxiety, and other at risk stressors. The assistant director will supervise professional staff and help us grow our mentor program, and newly established health coaching program. Also, this individual will advise a new student peer education program. Additionally, the assistant director in collaboration with The Director of The Fontaine Center will help develop and oversee large scale training opportunities for community partners and regional programs. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Public Health, Counseling, Higher Education or related field and a minimum of (3) three years of relevant experience facilitating education, training sessions, presentations, or the ability to translate individual level services into environmental and population level initiatives. The successful candidate must be proficient in oral and written communication skills, public speaking, and leading group discussions.
