Job Summary: The Skidmore College Department of Mathematics seeks a qualified full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of mathematics for AY2017/18 - AY2019/20. Duties include teaching five-six courses per year plus office hours. We seek candidates who will contribute to our ongoing efforts to engage and support students from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, the application system will prompt you to submit a three email addresses for letters of recommendation.

Skidmore College is a liberal arts institution located in upstate New York with approximately 200 full-time faculty and 2,400 students, of whom 22% are domestic students of color, 14% are first-generation college students, and 11% are from outside the United States. Minimum Qualifications: MA or MS in Mathematics or a related field

Preferred Qualifications: PhD in Mathematics and Teaching experience.
