University of North Texas - Administrative Coordinator I
The University Information Technology Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator I to join our team. This position performs administrative functions in the areas of office management, customer service, facilities management, purchasing, and human resource processes. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Assist with UIT office management. * Onboard student assistant new hires. * Handle purchasing transactions. * Track and update budget transactions. * Maintain departmental records and files. * Arrange vendor repairs and returns.* Distribution of deliveries and mail. * Follow policies and procedures to remain in compliance with university guidelines and state laws. The successful candidate will possess an Associate's Degree and three years of office administration experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
