ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $22,182 - $31,614, Band 03, SC State Classification System
HOURS: M-TH 7:30am to 4:30pm; FRI 7:30am to 1:30pm
In this challenging role, you will support the Logistics Department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following:
-Provides administrative support for fleet management, records and archives, safety and environmental, asset and equipment, shipping and receiving, mail services and construction projects.
-Prepares and maintains billing and invoice records for various service chargebacks.
-Keys data in financial and fixed asset software programs and assists with local, state and federal audits.
-Designs mail per USPS standards, sorts and processes mail using automated equipment.
-Performs various mail, shipping and receiving tasks including mail routes, deliveries, physical moves and event support activities.
-Other duties as assigned.
Associate degree; or a HS diploma + 2 yrs related work experience.
*Must also have the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm and/or basic knowledge of computer operations as well as a valid SC driver's license with no major violations.
-3+ years of related experience.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize and organize activities.
-Experience in basic accounting, purchasing, receiving and invoice management.
-Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills and some experience using PowerPoint.
-Knowledge of various types of mail and priority package services and the proper handling of each type.
-Knowledge of USPS design standards.
-Experience with supply chain and inventory control practices and procedures.
