The Department of Surgery at the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit clinical practice group affiliated with the George Washington University, is seeking a full-time non-tenure track faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join the Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery. Rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be board eligible or board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care at the time of appointment. Demonstrated excellence in research, as evidenced by scholarly publications or works in progress, and in clinical care and teaching, as evidenced by experience, fellowship training, and references, is required. Applicants must also be eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia.
