IT/AV SUPPORT MANAGER
Duties: Join a growing, collegial, department of motivated IT professionals; great facilities, team environment, exceptional resources. Serve as IT/AV Support Manager and report to IT Director for Instructional Technology and Media Services. Work as a member of a team and provide all aspects of Instructional, Event , Media, and A/V technical services and support. Manage media help desk, maintain room technology, support users and provide training. 40 hr/wk schedule. When necessary, work extended hours and occasional weekends; vacation may not be taken in August/September.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 1 to 2 years of experience preferred. Experience working in a Law or Academic support position preferred. Skills should include a strong understanding of O365, Canvas, Panopto, Zoom, Skype and Extron control systems.
