Administrative Associate I - Fleet Coordinator

Usual Duties: Performs administrative assistant duties for the fleet management program and coordinates the Bearkat Wheels rental program. Works directly with customers to schedule use of University owned rental vehicles and assists with fleet operations data compilation and reporting.
Other Requirements for the Position: Associate degree in related field. Two years relevant administrative assistant experience or experience in a related field. One year customer service experience preferred. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
