ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, FINANCE, SPH School of Public Health, Admin & Finance (8775/D2117)
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for financial planning and budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, and restricted funds management.
The Assistant Director works collaboratively with other school leadership and supports initiatives that will improve financial processes and workflow.
Responsible for creating, updating and disseminating financial policy and process information and guidance.
This position will is a member of the Associate Deans executive team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five years' experience in financial analysis and budget management within a complex, collaboration organization.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- A high level of technical expertise in financial systems and software, as well as superior presentation skills.
