The College of Medicine Sponsored Research Administrative Services office seeks a Grant Analyst Associate to provide financial support to a group of departments and centers in the College of Medicine.

The position will report to the SRAS Post-Award Manager and in collaboration with the College Grant Analyst, will be responsible for oversight of grant accounts financial activity through regular review of reports, i.e., budget vs. actuals, PI summary reports, reconciliation discrepancy list.

Will work with the post-award team to resolve issues and support PIs and DAs in financial decision making.

Initiate budget revisions, journal vouchers, and subcontract requests and perform PADR reviews and other administrative actions as assigned by the Post-Award Manager.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's and three or more years related experience. Knowledge of federal grant rules and regulations and academic institution regulations related to funding of sponsored research activity preferred.
