The Clinical Services Technician III will provide excellent patient care and assist physicians with exams, procedures and other duties as requested.
Duties include: call in prescriptions, authorize insurance coverage when needed, schedule patient appointments, surgeries and ancillary testing, follow up on phone calls in a timely manner and ensure open communication at all times.
Additional duties include: ensure exam rooms are fully stocked and cleaned after each patient, as well as notify patients of test and x-ray results in a timely fashion.

Physical Requirements

Working at a computer workstation for extended periods of time, including data entry. Occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and over 50 lbs. Traversing buildings/campus with objects up to 10 lbs.



Shift

Mostly days, Monday - Friday, plus other shifts as assigned based on department need.



Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Knowledge in computer operations, communication skills (listening, verbal, written), analytical and research skills as well as problem solving abilities. Flexibility/adaptability, managing multiple priorities, interpersonal abilities. Computer skills, as well as Microsoft Office experience. Attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, dependability, and excellent customer service skills.
