Administrative Non-Exempt Positions
The Coordinator of Programs, School of Business, will have primary responsibility for supporting the program management function.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Data integrity for programs operation. This includes data retrieval, analysis, and presentation for reporting purposes, as needed. Proficiency or willingness to gain proficiency in Banner & Argos preferred.
Customer service. This individual will be responsible for coordinating student counseling and outreach to both matriculated and non-matriculated students. Will have regular contact with students re processing forms for waivers, transfers, enrollment verification, graduation, etc.
Admin support. This individual will provide administrative support to programs, including scheduling appointments, directing student traffic, and coordinating program communications.
Event coordination. This individual will assist with the coordination and oversight of events and will be required to staff events routinely. Will also coordinate materials for events (Orientation Activities, Open Houses, Project Presentation Day, Annual Student Recognition Reception, etc.)
Assessment. This individual will assist with program assessment for both AACSB and ABET.
Help gather data required for variety of surveys (ranking surveys, BSQ).
Review and update program tracking sheets.

Maintain FBS SharePoint site
Supervise FBS work-study students
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education preferred. 3-5 years of office experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong customer-service focus.
Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of all Office applications.
Knowledge of SCT Banner system preferred.
Must have ability to work appropriately with confidential information.
Ability to have a flexible work schedule with evening and weekend work required occasionally.
