Job description

Duties: The incumbent will oversee the daily education operations of the 3701 Market Street General Internal Medicine Ambulatory Resident Practices, comprised of two distinct primary care training sites which together train approximately 100 residents per year. The scope of responsibilities for this position include: overseeing the resident weekly ambulatory clinic experience which involves the preparation, delivery, scheduling, maintenance and evaluation of ambulatory curriculum and clinical experiences of the residents. This individual will routinely assess and resolve issues and discern when leadership needs to be involved and will work cross-functionally to improve the delivery of resident education and patient care within the practices, division, and department. Oversight of the Introduction to Clinical Medicine (ICM) course within Undergraduate Medical Education, including the preparation and management of all course requirements, is an important component of the role.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
