Job description

Duties: Incumbent will be responsible for the telephone administration of structured diagnostic, clinical, and research assessments for Behavioral Health Laboratory (BHL) program participants. Track program participants. Interface regularly within the workgroup to facilitate delivery of program services. Maintain clinical and research records and documentation; ensure compliance with Good Clinical and Research Practices. This position is performed under the supervision of the Medical Director and the Health Technician Coordinator.

Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree and 0-1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with data collection and presentation. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with a variety of stakeholders across settings. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate individual as well as program activities. Skill in organizing and maintaining records and record summaries. Good computer skills, including software infomatics and database management.

Preferred: Experience in a clinical setting, especially a mental health setting. Experience interacting with older adults. Experience with standardized assessments. Knowledge of medical/psychiatric terminology.
