Position Status: Full-Time
Continuing Education. The Administrative Specialist develops, coordinates, and implements large scale non-credit programs and conferences. This position requires a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend work required. Must be able to travel to Savannah at least once a week during peak periods.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication (verbal and written), organization, and human relations skills; ability to work in diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; successful completion of background check.
Demonstrated program/project management, conference, or event experience. Three or more years of sales and marketing experience. Previous supervisory experience. Experience in developing and delivering presentations before groups of varying sizes as well as one on one.
Salary Range: $30,358 - $37,931
