Job Summary Program coordinator will support a large interdisciplinary faculty team to manage a promotoras (community outreach worker) pilot program within the local Athens Latinx community. Seeking to enhance community health and well-being, the program will (i) train bicultural community health workers/promotores to serve as a "bridge" between the community and service providers by providing peer education, resource navigation/referrals, and system-level advocacy to ensure culturally responsive programs and policies reflective of community need; and, (ii) assess programmatic impact on individuals, community and systems of care. Minimum Qualifications Completion of a master's degree with 2 years of related experience; OR completion of a bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
