Position Summary:

Coordinate the logistics of events such as conferences, seminars, special promotions, programs, camps, and/or direct mail campaigns. Organize events and programs from the conception to clean-up; to include schedule staff, catering, contracts, venue and layout. Plan and administer events following budget guidelines and requests. Assist in evaluating the program and give information to leadership.

Helps develop copy and design for all advertising including advertisements in daily weekly newspapers, magazines and journals.

Helps develop, design and coordinate promotional collateral and print materials for Development Office (Advancement Services, Foundation and Alumni Relations) including, but not limited brochures, publications and videos.

Assists with Annual Foundation Report.

Coordinates publications including an annual program, annual calendar, internal and external newsletters, posters, pamphlets and flyers.

Assists in developing annual public relations and marketing goals for the Development Office.

Assists in the development and execution of all Foundation and all UCO prospective donor and donor promotional materials in conjunction with the campus Development Office.

Coordinates special events for the Development Office, which may include working nights and weekends.

Works closely with University Relations to ensure Development marketing goals effectively integrate with those of the University.

Manages Foundation websites.

Oversees social media efforts for the Development Office.

Assists in the Development and Execution of Online Software Products for the Development Office.

Develops and maintains high professional standards and procedures for production of projects and events, aligning with the image and reputation of UCO and the Development Office.

Performs other related duties as assigned.


Salary: $16.72 per hour ($34,798 annually)
