MTNA Quality Assurance Technician
Perform & monitor Function & Appearance testing in accordance with customer specifications.
Analyze completed test results with QA management.
Write Test Reports and develop Test Schedules.
Work internally with Design & New Model departments to take corrective action on parts not meeting Honda Testing Specifications.
Assist with execution of department action plans.
Create summaries/presentations of testing project status and report to internal stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to read and interpret customer drawings
Ability to understand and follow directions and operation standards
Ability to use measuring tools and gauges
Detail oriented and dedicated to accuracy
Capable of thinking methodically and creatively
Flexibility to work overtime

Greenville Technology, Inc., ("GTI") is a tier one automotive parts supplier specializing in plastic injection molding, paint and assembly processes. GTI began operations in July 1987 in Greenville, Ohio. In January 2013, GTI opened a new production facility in Anderson, Indiana and in the summer of 2015, GTI opened a North American Office in Marysville, OH.
GTI produces plastic injection automotive parts for interior and exterior applications. Parts can be simple non-painted injected parts to complex console assemblies. GTI practices a lean manufacturing model, sound 5S principles, and first-in first-out inventory management systems.
