Job Description

The University of Missouri has an opening for an ABR certified and fellowship trained neuro radiologist to lead our neuroradiology division. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic record of excellence in clinical service, education and scholarship as well as strong leadership skills. The University of Missouri (MU) has a rich tradition in clinical and educational programs. Department of Radiology is poised to enrich and expand clinical, educational and research opportunities for faculty and trainees.

Our state-of-the-art diagnostic radiology equipment includes 3T and 1.5T MRI and dual energy CT. Neuroradiology interventional services include epidural steroid injections, facet injections, myelography, kyphoplasty, and biopsy of lesions in the spine, head, and neck.


All ranks and tenure or non-tenure tracks. Faculty rank and position will be commensurate with credentials and experience. The faculty member will have the opportunity to assist in the growth of the radiologic services, as well as participate in teaching, research and scholarly activities. Approximately 250,000 exams are performed each year serving the University Hospital & Clinics, Ellis Fischel Cancer Center, and Women’s and Children’s Hospital. The department also has an Imaging Center with MRI, US, CT and X-Ray capabilities.
