ASST CATERING MANAGER
Job Summary Responsible for supervisory work in retail food service. Work involves assisting the GC Banquet Manager in planning, execution and clean up of all banquet and catering functions. Develop ideas that will have a positive effect on existing procedures, methods services, and programs. Minimum Qualifications Technical diploma or Associate's Degree, or 2 years college courses including 3 years related work experience. Driver's license required.
