Job Summary/Basic Function:
The senior lecturer will be responsible for the design, implementation, grader supervision, and currency of several online courses in behavior analysis, which may include, but will not be limited to behavior change, techniques, basic principles and research methods. The senior lecturer will be responsible for coordinating with the BAO team through staff meetings and assigned service tasks as well as representing the BAO team at professional conferences. The senior lecturer will also be responsible for currency with BACB requirements and reporting. The position distribution is 70 % teaching, 10% research and 20% service.

Minimum Qualifications:
The Senior Lecturer must have a PH.D. and a BCBA-D with at least five years experience and training in at least one area of behavioral practice.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in distance education, clinical practice and applied research.
